I made these and they were yummy! Consider adding Amazing Grass Superfoods in the chocolate flavor to make them chocolatey and get a days' worth of nutrition.
Also -- consider rolling in graham crackers. They are gooey as written in the recipe. More yum factor.

- 3 bananas
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups gluten-free oats
Instructions
- Mix together the banana until mashed; add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the cinnamon and oats and combine once more.
- If too sticky, chill for 30-60 minutes.
- Roll into balls and enjoy right away or store in the refrigerator.
