I want to record the things that I am doing for my PCOS and my health so in the future I don't forget :-)

- Dandelion and Green Tea in the afternoon
-turmeric and curcumin supplement
-Inositol I got on Amazon
-Gluten free
-Tracking macros
-Vitamin D in the morning
-avoiding red meat

So far I am down four pounds!
