I saw Dr Hodor today for my 30-week appointment. He was so happy that I have made it this far! I was at labor and delivery 2 days ago with bleeding and contractions again, and the imaging report from the ultrasound was very frightening.  Luckily my ultrasound at Dr hoder's office was far more promising. Baby looked good, it was measuring ahead, and everything looked okay.  AFI: 18.3 AUA: Measuring 32w1d even though I'm 30+2 Weight: 4lbs 6 oz My sub-chorionic hematoma is still big. 8.5x9x5 My cervix is 4cm Dr Hodor says he is comfortable seeing me every two weeks for now, because the baby looks so good. 🙌🙌🙌

It all started when I went to the bathroom at 4:00 on Thursday before dropping Liam off at his dad's. I started peeing and the pee felt warm and when I looked down the toilet was full of blood. I screamed, without even knowing, no no no!  I have had my hospital bag packed since 18 weeks, so it was already in my car. I grabbed my insurance card, and a book off the counter, pulled all my blinds down and walked to the car with Liam, shaking. In the car ride to Matt's I called my doctor and waited for a call back. I explained the situation to Liam, that I might be going to the hospital that night and might be in the hospital for a few days or even a few weeks. I gave him a big hug when I dropped him off at Matt's and an extra hug 💗💗 Tom was working, so I drove myself to the hospital in Frederick. I called Jill and she talked to me during the whole ride down to distract me and keep me cheerful. I knew I was bleeding, but I didn't know how bad it was until I got to the park...

I found my pregnancy journal with Liam! My weight gain was very similar to this pregnancy. 

Had a great appointment at Dr Hodor's today. Samuel looked great!! I was nervous because of my bleeding this week but everything looked okay!  Here are my questions and notes:  How many clots and how big? Just 1 8x3x5cm Fluid level? 14 AFI Placenta, clotting and the edges are okay? GOOD all good Blood flow in the cord?  Is the cord near the clots? No. Is placenta near the sch? Yes but not touching How big is baby/ arithmetic ultrasound age? 29w1d 3lb 2oz How long is cervix? 4.9 How often to monitor? What to monitor? Non stress tests, check placenta and cord for clots? Super anxious!!  Will monitor every two weeks with OB appointments in between What are the risks now in third trimester? Placental abruption. PPROM but he believes I am in a safe zone of the pregnancy.  How would this impact delivery plans? It really won't. I could go to term, be induced, deliver vaginally. It might rupture. But most don't.
