1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 c powdered sugar
Melted chocolate (70% dark chocolate)
Mix butter and peanut butter with a mixer until fluffy
Add sugar a cup at a time til blended
Chill for 30 minutes
Scoop and roll into balls
Dip into chocolate to coat
Chill for fifteen minutes before serving
